The Platform Engineer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and scalability of the company\u2019s digital platforms, including AI-enabled systems and education technology solutions. The role ensures platform reliability, security, and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Design and maintain scalable web-based platforms for AI and education services<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance optimisation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Implement secure data handling and compliance with UK data protection requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Integrate third-party services and APIs where required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Support continuous deployment and system monitoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with AI developers to deploy and maintain AI features<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maintain technical documentation and infrastructure standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in backend and\/or full-stack development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or equivalent)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
