Role Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Education Programme Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of English curriculum content and assessment frameworks for MyTransferTeacher<\/strong>, a digital learning platform supporting students preparing for the SEAG transfer test in Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The role focuses on creating structured, curriculum-aligned learning programmes, ensuring high academic standards, and supporting measurable student learning outcomes through well-designed educational content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Curriculum & Programme Development<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Design and develop structured English learning programmes for primary and post-primary students (ages 10\u201311)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create curriculum frameworks aligned with SEAG requirements and Northern Ireland education standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Develop lesson plans covering reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensure clear progression across different learning levels<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assessment & Content Design<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Develop question banks, practice tests, and mock examinations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apply recognised educational frameworks (e.g., Bloom\u2019s Taxonomy) in assessment design<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Establish measurable learning outcomes and performance benchmarks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Review and refine content based on student performance data<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Learning Content<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Adapt curriculum materials for delivery through a digital learning platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support the creation of interactive and structured learning resources<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintain and update educational content within the system<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programme Monitoring & Evaluation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Monitor student progress and evaluate programme effectiveness<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Develop simple reporting frameworks for tracking learning outcomes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produce internal reports to support product and content improvements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

School & Stakeholder Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Support collaboration with schools and educational partners where required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contribute to improving parent and student engagement through structured learning support materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality, Safeguarding & Inclusion<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ensure all content meets appropriate academic and safeguarding standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support inclusive learning by designing accessible and student-friendly materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintain consistency and quality across all published content<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills & Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Experience in: Curriculum development & Lesson planning and assessment design<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strong understanding of English language teaching and learning methodologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to design structured learning programmes with measurable outcomes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strong written communication and academic content development skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organised and detail-oriented approach to content creation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essential Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n


Master\u2019s degree or higher in: English, Education, English Language Teaching (ELT) or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desirable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Experience with: Digital learning platforms or LMS systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Familiarity with: UK or Northern Ireland education systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indicative Experience Level<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience<\/strong> in: Teaching, Curriculum development, Educational content creation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
