Role Overview

The Education Programme Manager leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of AI literacy initiatives and education partnerships. The role ensures that programmes deliver measurable learning outcomes and align with national digital skills priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design structured AI literacy programmes for learners aged 10–16
  • Develop curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and digital skills objectives
  • Coordinate pilot programmes with schools and educational partners
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness using measurable outcomes
  • Produce reports for stakeholders, including funding bodies and partner institutions
  • Ensure safeguarding, accessibility, and inclusion considerations are embedded in programme delivery
  • Support grant applications and partnership proposals with programme data and impact metrics

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in education programme design or curriculum development
  • Understanding of digital skills frameworks and STEM education priorities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills
  • Ability to design measurable evaluation frameworks
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive education practices
  • Excellent written and reporting skills for institutional audiences

Indicative Experience Level

Min 2 years of relevant experience in education programme management, curriculum development, or digital learning initiatives.
